Returns:
You are not completely satisfied with your purchase? Send this back to us, and fill in the online return form first with your details.

  1. In this link you will find the online return form Return form!, fill it in as completely as possible.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of receipt. The articles must be unworn and in their original condition. The costs for a return shipment are for the customer. Send the item you want to return with the original receipt, brand label and the completed return form to the address below:

    The responsibility for the return shipment lies with the sender. That is why we recommend sending the articles with a track & trace number.
  1. When we have received and processed the returned item, we will send a confirmation by e-mail and the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days to the account number with which your order was paid.

Exchange: 

unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item with us, but you can always place a new order with the item that you want. You can easily return the other item you do not want to keep tu us and we will refund the amount to you.
